First day of classes.

Graduate Studies: Last day for payment of September installment of tuition fees. Students who have not paid their fees will be placed on financial hold; further registration activity will not be permitted, grades will not be released, and graduation diplomas will be withheld. Students will also be assessed a processing fee of $35.00 and interest will be assessed on the outstanding balance until it is paid in full (see Chapter III, "Fees, Financial Assistance, and Scholarships").

Last day for payment of first instalment of fees for registration and course changes made before September 1. Students who have not paid their fees will be placed on financial hold: further registration activity will not be permitted, grades will not be released, and graduation diplomas will be withheld. Students will also be assessed a processing fee of $35.00 and interest will be assessed on the outstanding balance until it is paid in full (see Chapter III, "Fees, Financial Assistance, and Scholarships").

Students applying for student loans through Student Aid BC (SABC) for the 2009 Summer Session will have their Term 1 Summer Session tuition fees automatically deferred until June 6, 2009, if their SABC application is received and assessed by this date. Students receiving student loans from a province other than BC should contact Student Financial Assistance & Awards before the tuition fee deadline to request a deferral.
