Students who have not paid their fees will be placed on financial hold: further registration activity will not be permitted, grades will not be released, and graduation diplomas will be withheld. Students will also be assessed a processing fee of $35 and interest will be assessed on the outstanding balance until it is paid in full (see Fees).

Students must have confirmed full-time enrolment, must be receiving their 2015/16 student loans, and must have assessed unmet financial need to be considered for general bursaries.
Last day for undergraduate graduation applications to be submitted to Enrolment Services by all students expecting to graduate in November. Application is made online through the Student Service Centre.

Students wishing to be considered for a Major Entrance Scholarship must submit their online application for admission to UBC by December 10, 2015. This includes paying the application fee and submitting in-progress or final Grade 11 and Grade 12 grades as requested in the online application.
