Students admitted to the MDes degree will possess a bachelor's degree and typically have two to three years of full-time professional experience.
Students must also meet UBC’s minimum academic and English Language Proficiency requirements.
Exceptions may be granted with approval from the Program Director and Deans' approval.
A typical application package will contain a statement of design project intent, CV or resumé, references, and a professional portfolio.
