Last day for payment of fees for any fee assessments incurred between January 1 and 31. Students who have not paid the balance of their fees will have their registration, release of grades, and related activity placed on financial hold (see Part V, “Fees”), and interest will be assessed on the outstanding balance until it is paid in full.

Pharmaceutical Sciences, fourth year only: midterm break (February 7 to 11 inclusive).

Last date for withdrawal from most Winter Session Term 2 courses with withdrawal standing of a "W" recorded on a student's academic record.

Law: reading week, lectures cancelled February 14 to 18 inclusive.

Mid-term break most faculties (February 14 to February 18 inclusive). Lectures and laboratories cancelled. Library and other facilities open.

Pharmaceutical Sciences, first, second and third years: midterm break (February 14 to 18 inclusive).

Pharmaceutical Sciences, fourth year: clinical clerkship period begins (February 14 to March 10 inclusive).

Teacher Education Elementary and Middle Years 12 Month Option: classes continue (mid-term break March 16 and March 17).

Graduate Studies: last day for submission of doctoral theses to the Faculty of Graduate Studies for sending to the external examiner in time for Spring graduation. (Note: the final oral examination cannot be held until a minimum of 8 weeks has passed after transmission of a thesis to the external examiner).

Last day for graduation applications to be submitted to the Registrar's Office by all students expecting to graduate in May.

Rehabilitation Sciences, fourth year Physical Therapy students: final examinations (February 15 to February 18 inclusive).
