Application deadline for UBC (Centennial Scholars) Entrance Awards.
Application deadline for Canadian direct entry high school students wishing to be considered for a First Round Offer of Admission.
Students wishing to be considered for a Presidential Scholars Award must submit their online application for admission to UBC by December 1, 2019. This includes paying the admission fee and submitting in-progress or final Grade 11 and Grade 12 marks as requested in the online application. The information that Canadian applicants submit in their Personal Profile when applying to UBC will be used for admissions and for Presidential Scholars Award consideration.

Graduate Studies: Last day for final doctoral oral examinations in time for December 31 program end date.
Graduate Studies: Last day for supervisors to submit Appointment of External Examiner form to Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies for April 30 program end date.
Teacher Education Program: Last day of classes for Term 1 (all options).

Term 2 Bursary application available to students online through the Student Service Centre between December 15, 2019 and January 15, 2020, closes at midnight. Students must have confirmed full-time enrolment for Term 2, must be receiving their 2018/19 Term 2 only student loans, and must have assessed unmet financial need to be considered for general bursaries.

Student Housing & Hospitality Services: Totem Park, Place Vanier, and Orchard Commons Residences close at 12 noon for the holiday break and all residents required to vacate at that time. Will reopen at noon, Sunday 5 January 2020.
