  7. CNPS 426 (6) The Role of the Teacher in Guidance

    This course is designed to assist the teacher in understanding and using guidance techniques for day-to-day use in the classroom. The emphasis will be on techniques for working with people towards better self-understanding and better perspectives of alternatives. [2-1]

    The work of the beginning counsellor and guidance worker in assisting students with educational, vocational, and personal planning and decision-making. [3-0]

  46. CNPS 688 (6) Supervision of Counselling Practice

    Supervision requires both knowledge of supervision models and practices, and skills to implement them.   47. CNPS 698 (6) Pre-Doctoral Internship

    A 1600-hour supervised internship in Counselling Psychology. Internship sites offer counselling services as detailed in the "Speciality Guidelines for the Delivery of Services by Counselling Psychologists" (APA). Pass/Fail. This course is not eligible for Credit/D/Fail grading.
