1 UBC undergraduate students who are on a Co-Op work term must register for the appropriate Co-Op course and pay the Co-Op Fee per work term, plus student fees for the Winter Session. In addition, students will be assessed the transit U-Pass fee and the AMS Extended Health and Dental Plan.
2 Each Distance Education course enrolled will be assessed a non-refundable administrative fee.
3 All students applying to participate in an international experience through Go Global or International Service Learning must pay the application and administration fees. These international experiences include but are not limited to Exchange and Research Abroad, Global Seminars, International Service Learning, International Conferences. Visiting International Research Students (VIRS) also pay the application and administration fees. The application fee and/or the administration fee may be refundable for unsuccessful applications for the Exchange Abroad program. In all other programs, the application fee and/or administration fee are not refundable.
4 Departments may require students performing coursework in environments where the risk of injury is greater than in a classroom, (e.g., laboratories, field work, clinical practice, practica), to purchase Student Accident Insurance. See the UBC Risk Management Services for more information.

3 This fee is assessed annually for all students registered in the Entry-to-Practice PharmD program.
